the tent that dreams of being a studio apartment

*Raph begins the slow descent into wakefullness. If you were to ever get him to admit to liking something, this would be it. That place between waking reality, and sleep. Where you know you're not awake, and loving every minute of it. He's aware that Penny is beside him, and that he is warm and comfortable. Raph snakes an arm around Penny and gently pulls her closer, taking a second to adjust the blankets and pillows.

Waitaminute...
There weren't blankets and pillows when they went to sleep last night. They were out by the lake, sleeping under the stars.
A feeling of dread begins to set in.
Raph opens one eye, and slowly begins to take in his surroundings.
They're not by the lake....they're on the roof.*

*sits up and he falls over to her side, she leans over and kisses his back tenderly*

*His hands clench, and his breathing is once again shallow. He tries to focus...but it doesn't work*

*she kisses his back again, and her tongue slowly makes an appearance. tracing along much like her fingers had*

i...i can't take much more ..... oh god.

*she kisses again. She sucks gently at the skin, but the pressure increses until there is a nice welt blossoming on his back*

This is what I love. All the rest of it is silly extras. but this is fantastic. I love watching and hearing you react. I don't think I ever feel as happy as when i'm doing this.

she sits up and lays down on the bed, running her fingers over him, as she talks*

I never thought it could be like this.
a year ago, if someone had said this was possible, I would have smiled and nodded . But, its unbelievable.

*he chuckles*

Yeah, it probably does, but then again this isn't the kind of thing that you would have expected. Atleast being human, I expected falling in love and stuff but not this. Its too much. But i've changed a lot here maybe I couldn't have been this person with someone, back there. Or maybe it's you?

*He stretches and rolls onto his side*
Never expectin' something to happen doesn't keep you from thinkin' about it and wishin' it would.

While I do love gettin' credit for things I do, I don't think I can take it for this. I think it's this place, you know? It's like a tangible second chance. You know?
