Elizabeth studies him in silence, running her eyes down his bare chest and back up again. She starts to smile, but it never really makes it past a knowing smirk.






"Mutinous pirates," she says at last, lowering her voice and offering the answer like it's a gift topped with a pretty bow.

...which reminds her of something. Still watching him, she reaches for the coat and pulls a bottle of Sam Adams out of a deep pocket.
