*Death's calm washes over him like so much marshmallow Fluff. One minute he's fightin' angry, and then next he's calm and content.
OF course, this is that ever elusive third minute. The confusing "How did I get here? And where did my nice warm cozy marshmallowy Fluff-esque contentment go?"
He rolls over in bed, trying to find that comfortable spot again. Even if it means finishing the dream about kicking Tim's ass six ways from Sunday. At least, that's when the three hit combo hits him. He's alone in bed. Someone's watching him. And something horrible about the night before.....

He finally opens his eyes and finds himself facing a wall, but he knows someone is behind him.*

May not help in the grand scheme, but it makes me feel better. Not every day I get pissed off for a good reason. Well, good to other people, anyway.
