*Raph sits on his newly expanded and re-comfortized bed. Seems someone was amused by the prank and decided to ease up a bit. Or maybe, they're just comforting him before battle. Who knows? Anyway, the bed is covered in lists and drawings of pranks to come, but Raph isn't paying any attention to them at all. Instead he's holding a pristine edition of the Death: The High Cost of Living graphic novel.

He hasn't cracked the spine yet...it feels too much like cheating somehow.*

"And you're a smartass."

She leans down and kisses the tip of his nose.

Yup, this is true.

*His eyes scan her face and he smiles.*

She settles onto the bed next to him, hand propping up her head, and smiles back.

"Thank you."

*Brow furrow*
F'what?

"For..."

For any number of things. For every kiss and every goofy smile and every shoulder check and for being her friend. For loving her in the first place.

"...for letting me stay tonight."

*The confusion melts, leaving his face devoid of emotion. All except his eyes, that is. They're smiling.*

She chuckles, and pokes him in the belly before laying her head on his chest.

"Goofball."

Comin' from the Queen o'Floppy Hats, I'll take that as a compliment.

*He shifts to get more comfortable, and then pulls the Ninja blanket over the both of them. They could move so they're laying the right way on the bed, but really...why bother?*
